Stretching a la carte

Feeling stiff and tight? We have the answer. Try out our half hour stretching session with a trainer. After your strength training workout our trainers will coach you through a full body stretch routine including static and PNF stretches that have been proven time after time to increase flexibility, posture, circulation and overall strength. Stretching after a workout will get you to your goals quicker and will help make those tight muscles feel better!
