Programs Overview

PTI is about getting results for our clients. We provide our clients with one-on-one personalized attention, in a non-intimidating atmosphere. Based on 30 years of proven medical and scientific research, PTI's proprietary exercise and nutrition program has helped thousands reach their fitness and weight goals. Our clients feel better and have more energy.

Exercise physiologists will design an individual workout program that we know will produce the best results for your body type and lifestyle. Our staff will be there to guide you through every step of your workout, to coach your techniques and to encourage you when you're ready to give up. You will achieve successful results in just three efficient one-half hour sessions per week.

A typical PTI client will exchange an average of ten pounds of fat for three to six pounds of muscle tissue. This transformation will keep you not only looking great but feeling great as well.
