Cardio Boxing/Strength Training
We are excited to announce that PTI is now incorporating Cardio Boxing into our current program! In combination with strength training, boxing will condition the total body and provide major benefit to your endurance and cardiovascular systems. Boxing promotes a person’s well being by strengthening their self-discipline. By integrating 2 minute bouts of cardio boxing into a PTI full body strength training workout, the following benefits will be achieved:
